Today's project is brought to you by another anxiety attack. I know the tassels look stupid, but keber. Wheeee! I made a tiny drawstring bag with my hands. I have observed that whenever I have panic or anxiety attacks, it helps me calm down if I keep my hands busy. So I've had a lot of projects to help me cope. I've done cleaning and scrubbing, scrapbooking, coloring books, journaling, brush calligraphy, jewelry-making, rosary-making, and loom-knitting. Don't give in to the fear.
