This Blueberry Pre-Workout Smoothie is packed with antioxidants, protein, and energy-boosting ingredients to fuel your workout. It's a refreshing and tasty way to prepare for a productive exercise session.
Ingredients: 1 cup fresh blueberries. 1 ripe banana. 1/2 cup Greek yogurt. 1/2 cup almond milk. 1 tablespoon honey. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. 1/2 cup ice cubes.
Instructions: Wash the fresh blueberries thoroughly. Peel and slice the ripe banana. In a blender, combine the fresh blueberries, sliced banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey, cinnamon, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth and creamy, adjusting the consistency by adding more almond milk if needed. Taste and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey if desired. Pour the blueberry pre-workout smoothie into a glass. Garnish with a few extra blueberries if desired. Enjoy your delicious and nutritious pre-workout smoothie!
