Using a project management tool, task management tool, or even an online calendar as a planner is a great option. Tools like Asana, Trello, Taskade, Todoist, and Google Tasks and Reminders help you plan your time and keep track of it. However, one thing about those is that you lose the ability to have that one-page feel and sketch out your plan. But you also get the bonuses of notifications, phone apps, widgets, etc. So those are the things that are great about using those more robust tools is that you can plan your time and have those additional features that will help you get those types of reminders. Also, you can collaborate with others if you are working with a team and/or virtual assistant. I start on paper and then use a project management tool to track the details. Which planner do you prefer? If you still need help deciding, please download the planner guide (link in bio) to help you decide if a paper, digital, or PM tool makes more sense for you. #productivitytool #productivityvideo #projectmanagementtool #tasksmanagementtool #planner #plannerguide https://www.instagram.com/shevonnepolastre/p/CYrKvj8IsqM/?utm_medium=tumblr
