MY BMR is 1400 so I have a 1000 calorie deficit, am I burning 1300 cals a day? How much weight loss would that be every week? Im 5'3 and weigh 146lbs. My goal is 107lb, how long should this take me? I used the exercise bike for 1 hour, at level 7 160bpm heart rate Is this enough?
