Oddly enough, this was not the strangest question he had ever received. No, that went to Charlotte after she'd asked him what an aborted fetus was. (That was an uncomfortable situation to be in. Poor Victor. Survivors could be cruel.) Now, he found himself equally as stumped as Adiris; he did not, in fact, know what a "little meow meow" was.

"Uh..." To make an educated guess or to admit his ignorance? Ghostface had, thus far, barely managed to stay on top of the slang terms and trends that paddled alongside newer generations. He knew of "newbie" and "noob", "BFF", and "sketchy", but these, he'd come to realize, were as outdated as what terms he had grown up with.

The downside to the Realm: you could never truly be "hip".

"I wish I knew, Adiris. I'd guess it's slang for 'pussy', meaning a coward but... I'm really not sure." It wasn't unheard of for survivors to boldly call a killer a coward, but Adiris? Seemed farfetched. It was hard to know what was intended by the term without the context that tone provides. "I'll find out for you, though."

Wesker is staring. He's made no attempt to hide it, and he's certain the priestess has noticed. She seems to be fighting the urge to look to him, to ask why.... And so he waits. She will give in eventually. Whether it is attributed to curiosity or fear matters little to him; he simply wants to see what she does.

When she looks to him, asks if she's made a mistake, the Mastermind's tone borders on kind when he responds. "No," he says calmly. "You've done nothing wrong. I'm simply... Watching."

Only then does it occur to him why she would assume that much-- he is standing almost unbearably close to her, very nearly touching... He knows very little about things that happened prior to his arrival in this realm, and has never bothered to learn, for the most part, but he knows that it has been a long time since she has known kindness, since she has been touched by a hand that did not intend to harm her... Slowly, he brings a hand up to rest upon her shoulder. It stays for only a moment, a gesture meant to reassure; nothing more.

"Do not let me disturb you."

     “ FOR ME ? ” LEON asks it with a soft disbelief in his tone, but he does wear the flower crown upon his head and gives her a bright smile. It wasn’t expected; but it’s very welcome. He keeps that bright smile set on his features, blue eyes regarding her for a moment.       “ Mmm... I don’t know where to get flowers, but if you show me where you got these, I can try to make one for you in return ! Oh, or, or... ” He trails off, digging in his uniforms pockets, before producing a chocolate bar. He keeps a few from the RPD when he can get to the vending machines; he’s got a sweet tooth. “ Maybe you’d like some chocolate ? ” He offers it out with a smile. “ It’s not a lot, but I really like it, so maybe you might too ! ”

Adiris was one of the few killers that did not actively loathe him entirely. He supposed it was part of her faith in the God she thought was the Entity, a blighted gift from Them to her. But he wasn't sure, it's not like he could verbally ask.

Still, he did enjoy this brief and innocent moment of holding hands; he turned his head a bit down toward her, amazed how close together they were in height. Talbot gave her a crinkling warm gaze, the closest he'd ever get to expressing a proper smile, and gave her a brief squeeze to her hand.
