No. Why would he? In the Hawaii episode, he spoke out because we were living through a pandemic, Twitter had a lot of visibility, and many celebrities were being canceled for not following WHO guidelines. He needs to justify himself to the world, not to the fandom. This time, if he has good PR advice, any competent professional will tell him to ignore the drama and continue with his normal life plans. It won't be smart to draw attention to this, because it will only attract more attention to a situation that is better seen by those on the outside, only superficially. Imagine the number of people outside the fandom who would start digging for information and, given the context, end up finding something that wouldn't favor no one in any way? Not to mention that none of the blogs mentioned (or any other blog I've seen) talked about reporting anyone, so based on what evidence would these people be prosecuted or silenced? Even the photos that circulated here were publicly posted by the press, and some Sam himself reposted on his social media. Not even an invasion of privacy could be claimed.
