Probably hired actors , they would close it so as to not annoy serious customers with all the flashing lights. So im pretty sure anyone inside and outside is hired. How did they know he will be there and be able to bring stuff to sign. Don’t know how true is that but it’s probably true.
During One Direction days there were “professional fans” all the time. I remember this dude who met literally every celeb out there (incl. Harry) and this dude would have a fan sign or like posters to sign. These pics would then be used to spread in the fandoms. So it is not out of this world.
Also I would expect security to handle the “severity” of the situation much more seriously. Someone like JD wouldn’t even let Harry leave out the front door. 🤷♀️
