You saw Banks & Steelz live? Oh my God! How were they?
They were fantastic! The show was amazing though the entire set was quite short (~ a bit over an hour) but the live versions of the songs sounded really good and went down well with the audience, everyone I talked to loved them as well. They played most of the album and also did a cover of “Nikes” by Frank Ocean. I think Paul wasn’t feeling so well that night, he sounded a bit sniffly at times, guess he was coming down with a cold or something and they both went straight back to their hotel after the show - turned out to be a good decision as there was some woman standing outside the venue with us and she gave me kind of a stalkery vibe. Oh, and me and the Interpol gang in the front row got a mid-show champagne shower from RZA, that was another great moment lol
