Who is Professionalize It?
What may be common sense to you is rocket science to me…and vice versa. I was thinking about a colleague of mine who struggled to do what I thought were the simplest of things – formatting a new form in Microsoft® Word®, creating web based training materials, doing technical writing documenting our product, or setting up an email account. It got me to thinking about how many successful business owners are experts in their field, but need some additional assistance on the professional services side.
I’m taking my passion for creating process, procedure, documents, training, etc. to the masses. Business owners will not need to struggle fighting with documents, lose valuable time training a new hire processes they could have documented, and protect themselves from exposure by not having their procedures and/or product documented.
This blog will be a resource to share tips, ideas, and solutions for some of the simple or most complex challenges business owners face.
