Building Trust
One of the cornerstones of many business team failures and/or successes is trust. Being able to trust management, peers, and other teams is critical to moving companies forward. In small business, it is even more critical. With fewer people, conflict and games are intensified.
Open, honest, candid communication is key to trusting one another. Getting to the point of all individuals providing open, honest, candid feedback is one of the biggest challenges.
