Good News | Evie&Jace

Evelyn arrived at Southern Moon a good half hour before the time that she and Jason had agreed on. She couldn’t help it, she was just too excited to wait any longer! Leib and her other dear friends would hear the news soon enough as well, but she had been serious when she told Jason she wanted him to be the first. It had been his training and support and friendship that had led her to this point. To a moment that she had honestly started to think would never happen again. It wasn’t competing and she had comes to terms with the fact that she would likely never compete again. But performing was in her blood and she couldn’t wait to be back in front of a crowd again!

After chatting with Qhuinn for a bit she ordered a coffee and strawberry cheesecake cupcake, telling the wolf to put whatever Jason wanted on her bill as well. Then all there was to do was wait. Luckily she didn’t have to do that for very long, as Jason’s handsome face appeared in the crowd soon. “Over here!” Evie called with a wave. “Order whatever you want, it’s already on me”

Changing Times || Ava & Jace

Ava was still trying to figure out this whole maker thing. She never wanted Jason to feel obligated to check in with her, to do as she asked. But, she did feel as though it was her responsibility to check in with him, make sure he was okay. The news of the unclaiming spread fairly quickly, which was always to be expected around this place. It became evident fairly quickly, that Jace was not alright. That he was not himself, and she felt very unsure about all of this. So, she was glad he finally agreed to let her come to him.

When she saw him, she bit her lip, making her way over to him. She sat beside him, not saying anything at first. She took his hand in hers gently. It wasn’t necessarily meant to be an intimate act. It was mainly just to let him know she was there. “I’m here, Jace,” she finally said softly, looking ahead of them, licking her lips a little bit. “I’m here.”
