I have a difficult relationship with johnlock… I like the fics (and even then I’d prefer no romance), but then again I don’t really ship them. I prefer them friends (it’s such a beautiful friendship!) and I don’t want it to be canon. There are other ships I like, but again, I don’t really ship them all that much. :D

Personal update!

Ok, finally got most of my car repair is paid off. Just $50 bucks to go now! :D kind of ridiculous when you consider the damage might have been done by one of the cats..... Although, I also live on the edge of a wooded area so it could have equally happened from a squirrel, chipmunk, raccoon..... There's a LOT of wildlife for such a tiny stretch of trees! That being said, I have SOOOOO many packages to get in the mail for so many of you! They are boxed and ready to go, and I'll be able to send them all out in a week. A huge thank you to everyone who's been so patient through my car craziness. I hope you enjoy your goodies as much as I enjoyed putting them together! :D

So a couple months ago, I tried to teach myself to knit with double pointed needles so that I could make some more of professorfonz's Sherlock designs. That night, I sat on the sofa for three hours and wound up with a knotted mess. 

Fast forward to thirty minutes ago. I decided to give the double pointed needles another go because I really wanted my Winter Soldier arm to have silver fingers (for maximum movie accuracy). I just looked down, and I've got a third of a glove (a test knit of another pattern, not the Winter Soldier glove) on 5 double pointed needles. 

Darn. Guess this means that once my test knit and pattern for the arm is done, I have to go knit everything that professorfonz has on DPNs. Y'know, for science. Make sure I have the technique down.
