Notice to ALL professors

Professors please take note that we have a UNIFORM post title. 

Unless you are making an announcement your posts should look something like this:

Subject - day/month - Homework/Grades

Dashes should be added, the numerical date should be added, and please remember that it is either homework, grades, or participation grades. There is no such thing as "homework grades" that is just confusing. We have uniform titles so the website looks professional, please keep it that way. Last week I messaged people individually about this issue yet I just managed to edit about 10 post titles. We stopped giving warnings for this issue but if this continues at this rate we might have to bring that back.

Professor Meeting

When: October 7th at 2pm CST / 8pm GMT

Where: Teamspeak

Who: Everyone who is able to attend at that time.

There will be a second one the next day, October 8th, at 6pm CST / 12am GMT also on Teamspeak for everyone who is able to attend at that time, as well.

Failure to attend one of two meetings without notifying SS will result in a strike. (We'll talk about strikes in the meeting.)

Professors ADD UP YOUR HOUSEPOINTS.

This was said in the meeting, but it seems I have to say it again.

I am supposed to give you a warning for that but if I did most of you would be fired so, please just go back to your posts and add up your housepoints in the bottom of your grades posts. From now on everytime housepoints are not tallied you will receive a strike. It is very annoying when going through dozens of posts to mentally add up your housepoints. It takes like 10 seconds. Do it.

Hufflepuff: +2

Ravenclaw: +10

Slytherin: +5

LAST Trial Week & Notice for Profs

We regret to inform you this will be our last trial week. Will this be our last trial week forever? No, but for the meantime yes. 

It is very straining for Senior Staff to have to monitor people in our free time and we have built up a good range of full time professors. For now to apply for professor you MUST be a year 7+ (graduated, in the ministry, whatever).

Sorry if this is a set-back for some of you but the only reason we started doing trials was after our professor sweep when we needed new professors, and now we no longer do.

A note for professors; you MUST have 4 classes a week. When you applied you were asked if you could meet that quota and you ALL said yes. Professors if you get THREE strikes against your name your position will be terminated. Strikes are given if you do not meet your quota, if we need to edit your posts, if we see you constantly OOC, if we see you bullying students, and if we see you not enforcing/encouraging roleplay.

Once you hit three strikes you will be fired, and you can re-apply after one full month. If you have questions as to why you have a strike, ask faggotfactory or ghastly.
