Sooo, I found this old rap I made with a friend for our LA class about Ben Franklin, I'll just leave it here for you to silently (or not) judge......
Ben Franklin was my name
And my genius couldn’t be tamed.
In my youth my life was like a fairy tale
Rising up from poverty till I couldn’t fail.
I dedicated my life to helping the masses
Supplying them all with stoves and eyeglasses.
I accumulated a few patents here and there
And soon I made a library and rocking chair.
This charity brought upon some wealth
From which I was able to further myself
A forty one I retired and grew bored
So I found myself before the House of Lords.
In eighteen hundreds I made myself known
Trying to calm down the Great British throne.
Through my charm I became quickly adored
But that soon flipped and I became abhorred.
So I left the British and headed to France
Where I did a little political prance.
Soon the Revolutionary War had its final ado,
And seven years later I became cold and blue.
