“Prick,” Gavin scoffs, desperate to hide the way Connor’s answer catches him off guard. It wasn’t like Gavin had expected the android to get flustered and deny it, of course. But flatly - coyly? - humoring his accusation wasn’t what he’d expected at all. Now he was a little self conscious - it was so difficult to read the machine’s expression, after all. The pessimistic detective finds himself very much on edge.
