Tests. Introduction Dr. Red
Everyone will be tested. Some of you will fail, some of you will succeed, some of your failures will be successes.
I want to reassure you if you did not die, physically die during the tests, then you have been successful.
I believe in honesty. You should not trust me. You should not trust the other subjects in this room. You will need to rely on them. They will feed you, help keep you warm, take care of your injuries, and help you survive...or die.
I want to be honest. Any hope you have in the subject next to you let it go. Any trust you have let it go. Any feelings of compassion, let them go. Do not care about them. Look them in the eye, right now, and say, "I do not care about you." Lie if you have to, it'll be truth soon enough.
You will experience pain. It won't stop. You will experience a form of hopelessness you did not know existed. When you give up that hope you will think you have died, but you haven't. You will beg for mercy it may or may not be given. You will look for an escape, it may or may not be offered.
If you are strong in all ways you will survive.
This isn't about living, it's about getting up, and surviving. It's about not surrendering. It's about fine tuning your mind and body and bringing them to their full potential as one.
These tests are to insure you are the best. Some of you are not.
