What would be the symptoms of programming beginning, then being cut short? Could it be possible for there to be a sub system created on top of the programming for protection?
Some symptoms of programming are as follows:
Repetitive, robotic statements.
Feeling as if you are spinning.
High pain tolerance
Unusual scars (shape, location, and design) on the body and don’t recall how the injury occurred
Anniversary effect
Items/food/symbols provoking a phobia response
Dissociative symptoms
Confusion/disorientation
Body memories
Rapid switching due to programming being triggered, such as spin programing.
Incomplete programming symptoms would be; parts/alters wouldn’t have fully developed roles, leaking of memories/information, able to travel the system, programs once triggered may not stop or would not start.
If programming were incomplete (before age 8) then other parts could develop due to on going abuse/stressors.
Phrases that repeat themselves, that feel very familiar, and that often have a great emotional impact (such as panic, desolation, extreme mistrust, or being utterly overwhelmed), or that trigger self-harm, dissociation, switching, or inaction.
Suicidal and self-harm impulses and/or thoughts that do not feel like they originate with the persons true feelings. These may increase at specific dates.
Feeling that they have to do something and have no choice, or can see no other way out of a situation. Such as return home or to the cult.
Fear responses to water; may not be able to drink it, rain may feel as if it is burning (hot or like acid), fear of bathing, difficulty taking showers.
Messages or phrases that tell them to do something that would be dangerous, hurtful, or go against their intuition or feeling of what is safe.
Phrases that are not heard loudly or clearly, but that seem to be continually running behind the conscious mind. Often the language will be formal.
Familiar common sayings, nursery rhymes, children’s songs, or portions of popular songs are often cues or triggers for programming. They may be an indication of programming if:
You hear them repeating over and over in your head and do not like them or how they feel but can’t make them stop.
You didn’t grow up hearing them but they persist inside your head,
You remember them being used in your abuse (or the same tune but violent or cult words instead of the “regular” words), and consistently hear them repeat inside your head.
Feeling like you are spinning, the room around you is spinning, or your head is spinning.
High pain tolerance
Unusual scars (shape, location, and design) on the body and don’t recall how the injury occurred.
Anniversary effect
Dissociative symptoms
CPTSD/PTSD symptoms
Items/food/symbols provoking a phobia response
Repetitive, robotic statements that do not make sense in context of dialogue, e.g., “I want to go home”
Fear responses to benign stimuli, e.g., indoor lights and mirrors, colors, shapes, animals, hearing one’s name called, etc.
Feeling unable to talk (cement mouth)
Sudden violent, injurious, or death related images that appear in your head about yourself, someone you know, or a pet.
When working through the trauma memories, and in a safe environment, the answers for programming will hopefully be recalled.
To address programming, a survivor needs a safe place. The safety must be physical, emotional, and if necessary spiritual.
Would a non programmed person be able to tell if somebody else was?
Programming can be revealed in a number of ways. There are programming symptoms that people can look for. I recommend a trauma informed therapist, and a support system before working on what has occurred.

Are there symptoms or was of knowing if we’ve been programmed or what of our actions are programing?
Can you have gone through RA without it being sexual?
Thanks

Below is the definition of ritual abuse:
ritual abuse
organized, repetitive, and highly sadistic abuse of a physical, sexual, or emotional nature, perpetrated principally on children. The abuse is reported as using rituals and symbols from religion (e.g., upside-down crosses), the occult, or secret societies. It may also include the creation of pornography or the selling of sexual access to children. Victims may be forced to engage in heinous acts, such as the killing of animals, as a means of coercing their participation and silence.
how do you know if you have programming? i know the alter in charge of my system is an android and theres a child robot specifically to prevent questioning lies our bio parents told us and to be obedient towards them without question. i know my traumaholder/cohost has "procedures" and "formulas " for dealing with people that they developed over time for handling our abusers. does this sound anything like programming?

What is programming exactly? How do you know if it’s been done to you?
The kind of programming discussed on this site is trauma-based programming that is used in order to create people who are enslaved through mind control.
Trauma-based programming is the intentional creation of D.I.D.that takes place in a very controlled environment over a number of years, starting when the child is very young. This is done through the use of extreme trauma. The environment for programming involves people who know how to implant codes, map a system, use specific torture, create DID etc.
Programming sites can be hospitals, private medical clinics, military bases, universities, and other institutions that have the means to complete programming.
The result of programming is a person who experiences life as a system of alters, who have been “programmed” to have specific roles, where the history and tasks of each alter are largely unknown by most of the others within the system. One key characteristic of programming is that it is done in such a way that it is never meant to be discovered, by the survivor and those on the outside. This allows the abusers to control the system for a variety of purposes for the duration of their life.
Programming is done by governments. entertainment industry, and various secret societies. The ultimate goal is to promote the occult agenda of those who wish for a one world government.
Some of the more common symptoms of programming are:
Repetitive, robotic statements that do not make sense in context of dialogue, e.g., “I want to go home”
Fear responses to benign stimuli, e.g., indoor lights and mirrors, colors, shapes, animals, hearing one’s name called, etc.
Feeling like you are spinning, the room around you is spinning, or your head is spinning
Feeling unable to talk (cement mouth)
Sudden violent, injurious, or death related images that appear in your head about yourself, someone you know, or a pet.
High pain tolerance.
Unusual scars (shape, location, design) on the body and don’t recall how the injury
Programming is designed by the abusers to keep the programmed individual unaware of what has been done to them, but sometimes people begin to recognize symptoms when, as they age, the amnesia barriers that were created to hide the programming begin to lesson. Programming awareness can also come as people begin to recognize symptoms and portions of their history that align with what they are learning regarding programming or if an alter seeks help for an issue in therapy that is beyond the scope of most trained mental health professionals. In order to know for one to know for sure if they have survived trauma based mind control, a number of other details regarding their symptoms, history, and systems would have to be determined. Feel free to ask if you have any other questions.
i believe someone began to try to program me (beta programming i think) but stopped having access to me not very long into the process - are there any symptoms specific to that kind of situation? both around the time of it happening and growing up/as an adult (the body is 20 now) i feel like it's made it really hard for me to figure out if i was actually programmed at all or not so if you have any tips on how to find out if you've been programmed that would be really helpful. thank you so much
If someone were programmed early on and then removed from the experience, the outcome would vary, depending how old the person was when the programming took place and when they were removed, and the frequency and duration of the programming.
The survivor would have some programs/triggers for the programs that would be complete (if they were programmed as infants through age three). These would be for the base programming that occurs before the age of three.
As the person grows up depending on their environment, support and other factors the programming can be addressed. If the the programming isn’t addressed it will remain in place. The person will have the trauma response as a survivor and triggers related to the abuse they survived.
Some symptoms of programming are as follows.
Repetitive, robotic statements.Feeling as if you are spinning.High pain toleranceUnusual scars (shape, location, and design) on the body and don’t recall how the injury occurredAnniversary effectItems/food/symbols provoking a phobia responseDissociative symptomsConfusion/disorientationBody memories
Trauma responses can occur with extreme abuse, with or without programming. Trauma responses can be a variety of conditioned responses to triggers related to the abusers or abuse settings. Images, words, sounds, smells, songs or other things that may be familiar to the setting or experience of abuse may trigger a reaction such as dissociation, flashbacks, anxiety or other physical and emotional symptoms of unprocessed memories.
The thing with memories is they cannot be rushed. It is okay and normal to work on symptoms, without knowing exactly what happened. Memories will come when you are ready.
