Time to check in. One week in, down 7.2 lbs this week, mostly water weight from a change to my carb and sodium profile, but certainly I've lost some body fat as well.
Managed to get nearly 12,000 steps yesterday to kick off a regular step commitment (after all, I got that fitbit for a reason didn't I?)
My commitment and drive is strong. The past couple of years may have looked (and felt, for sure) like a fall or stagnation, but much of that was spent gaining some life experience and processing a lot of difficult emotions I've never had to deal with before, and I am better for having gone through it.
