My gym looks like this, most days. Wifi, nikes, coffee, and my Netflix of fitness. Usually surrounded by dog toys with constant interruptions from pets and kiddos and NYC noise.
One thing I know for sure is that, without accountability, I gave up, a lot. I gave in to emotions and over eating. I lived without any thoughts to my current and future health. I drank too much. I was so out of shape. I kept gaining weight. I needed support.
Every day, before I push play, I check in with my online fitness groups and if there's ever a SLIGHT doubt in my mind that I will get it done today, if I'm tired or just don't feel like doing it, they ALWAYS lift me up.
With the tools and support I've had for the last year, and that I give to my clients we succeed...this was that secret thing I had looked for and spent thousands on bullshit for over the years.
