It's the last week of school here. That's why we have different project-days. Four of my friends and I "taught" a group of 11-15 year olds about the current situation of refugees in Europe and especially Germany. What surprised me the most was that these younger people were a lot better educated than some people my age (17/18/19 year olds). They weren't as quick to judge as my classmates and valued it more to actually hear from refugees themselves and what their stories are. It was nice to see that a lot of students are able to talk about the refugee-situation from different point of views and that they consider different aspects and don't only say and think what they might hear from their parents or the media. Way more people need to deal with "difficult" topics like this.
