In the interest of letting the development units get a feel for the city, tonight I will be doing something special. Vingt-Six has requested access to you all, because she wishes to speak with and, so she says, play a game with all of you. I felt as though this was acceptable because, well... I've read that bad things can happen when you leave curious children cooped up inside for too long, without outside contact.

Vent-Otto seems to have developed equipment of his own. And Vingt-Six has found some rather... creative uses for her own abilities. Perhaps we'll need to let them out sometime sooner, rather than later.
