Self-appointed with keeping the multiverse from collapsing due to a malicious entity, how exactly does one do that? Follow along with my series “Inertia” to find out!

It looks like the lighter color scheme won, so here’s an attempt to clean it up and flesh out his design!!

Weekly Reflect

Okay! I didn't get the animation short done like I wanted to, but! It's okay because it was a bit ambitious when I realized how many background shots were inside a house and uhhh I hate doing interiors.

More designs being worked on, I might try to toy with some designs for Margot because honestly, her character looks are feeling a bit stale to me, she needs some love.

I'm going to sit down and try to write out some manageable goals for next week and see where that gets us. Stay tuned for updates!

Working on some environment concepts and preliminary background ideas today!

Gotta be honest, I've never been the best with backgrounds! But it's been fun to learn and use this project as an excuse to practice :)

I want to aim to wrap up this animation short by the end of this week, which feels doable! Updates will be posted as I go

Alrighty lads, today we are accomplishing things. I don't have quite a structured list, mostly just because it consists of finishing this animation short

[Inertia Project] Goal for today

I'm making this to hold myself accountable to the limited time I have on this godforsaken planet [00:00:01]

Okay, listen, I can't say much because my therapist told me "don't spoil your plans or you'll ruin your motivation for projects" but I want to have some document to the public about this project so yall can see how it's coming along :) (Guys, which sounds better, "Inertia Project" or "Project Inertia", cause I don't wanna mislead the 'project' being in the title, but I don't wanna sound like I'm about to write a thesis statement either)

Anyway, so, goals to get done today:

Finish up the "scouting locations" moodboard for the overall theme and setting of the story

Reference a map of the story location and figure out a good "recognizable" location (I have a good idea for this, note for future me)

I need to figure out how to end this animation short for the love of any god that would bother to listen, please

Might curate the inspo playlist a bit, now that I'm more confident in a direction of the 'vibe', and song/story dynamics that go with that

Font design to play around with? (my files are gone...)

That's all I can rattle off off the top of my head, we'll see when/if this gets updated again
