I was hoping to have the latest emulators OVERNIGHT, but someone unplugged the Ethernet cable before I woke up. This means that, in this present moment, I am recompiling all the emulators. I ended up disrupting the Internet usage here, but they needed a break, anyways, while I need to work on a few art projects and wash my clothes, myself...

Project Naugus - The Beginning

Simply put, after seeing first-hand how strong computer emulators are these days (The Nintendoo Revolution and the PlayStation2 have very strong emulators!), I decided to build my own emulator machine under the name "Project Naugus" (after the Mobius character of the same name).

The problem started when picking a case. I already picked a CPU and motherboard (based on the options given from the article "How I Built the Media Center of My Dreams for Under $500"), but, when I got to the cases, I discovered that they were too big. I may need to build my own one. (Since I expect the machine to be rather portable, I am going to need a small weight and size.) Kaumena!

At least I (re?)learned about socket types...
