Doctor-mandated boasting: I have hit a major milestone in my build of this hurdy gurdy kit and it's now playable.
(not good, but playable)
Added row 10 to two sections. the final section has to wait until I decide on the mountain color.
Sm♡sh update
Brief reflection: One of the reoccurring issues I run into especially in animation is a combination of perfectionism and intimidation. I often get these grand ideas for animating and then getting too intimidated to make anything. I'm trying to unlearn that mindset which is why this is taking me so long. A lot of times if I do make a mistake I just go back and fix it. Idk why my brain catastrophizes that so much?? Hopefully, the more I do it, the more my brain chills out.
I've also been learning how to mix vocals cause I'm ambitious and I wanna make it a cover & MV.
// If anyone remembers the Falcone Turf War plotline I have going, you might recall that it had been severely delayed in updates because I wanted to finish an important animation for it.
It’s been a couple months, and I haven’t had the time or motivation to finish it up.
I know most might not remember or care about it anymore, because I took so long. So, I am very sorry about that.
I think my decision will be to move around the animation and continue the story as it would have if the animation came out.
I’ve considered just giving up on it, thinking that it was a stupid idea to begin with. But, whenever I think about the climax, I think about how cool it would be for Kilroy’s character.
So, I think I’ll continue the plotline.
Basically, the animation was a fight scene to acquire the laced oranges in order for the mystery substance to be discovered. We’ll pick up from there (and I’ll finish the animation whenever that happens, and/or post it unfinished).
I apologize for the delay, and know that everybody might enjoy a little more action sequences from our favorite military-minded goof.

new ears AND new paint! he’s gonna get his faceplate painted white soon to cover up her sun damage, as well :3
the backing fabric i use for my ears is this very soft minky fabric that is so nice to pet and rub, 10/10 definitely recommend using minky fabric for custom ears
