His sensors detected her arrival long before she'd actually approached him; and thus had him well prepared for what he assumed would be an attack. That did not change his demeanor in any noticeable way-- he was more than confident in his ability to handle the girl even if he had to cease his current happenings in an instant. As it stood, he found himself more interested in tending to what looked to be an ancient relic of the past-- a children's toy, a rocking horse, to which he'd helped himself to taking from a nearby history museum. Collecting these sorts of things was one of his many hobbies, though he'd definitely need to give the item some tailoring to get it looking new again. He held it beneath one arm-- the other ready to snatched his gun if need be, though for now he merely turned his screen towards the woman with a full twist of his head. The usual expression that it wore in bright lights displayed a '?' momentarily before it would transition back into a grin, unblinking and jagged-toothed in its animation.
"Unsurprising. I'm very popular." He gloated, a synthesized hiss.
"I should hope you don't think you're going to apprehend me. I'm not in the mood for a chase right now, kitten."
