Apparently, there are a few people who are reusing GIF images made by other people for the Project Disney Challenge. It's great that everyone wants to take part in projectdiisney and have fun together. However, I know a lot of Disney blogs who don't like it when their GIF images gets reused and then posted somewhere else.
Out of respect to the bloggers, please don't reuse their GIF images and claim it as your own.
Don't fret though. If you still want to make GIF images from the movies, there is a way to do it without Adobe Photoshop.
The program/software that I use to make my GIF images is called instagiffer and it can be downloaded for free. I assure you, there are no viruses, malware or anything malicious to harm your computer.
Practically, all of my GIF images are made by using this program alone.
It's super easy to use and I have complied a help list with tutorials on how to use it.
RECOMMENDATION: You can make gifs by just copying and pasting a Youtube.com, Dailymotion.com or Vimeo.com link. Yet recently, a lot of users have reported errors and glitches when using a Youtube.com link.
What I usually do is download the Youtube.com video as an MP4 video file, and then load it on to instagiffer. To download videos from Youtube.com, Dailymotion.com and Vimeo.com use http://keepvid.com/.

I hope this helps. I really love the idea of Project Disney and believe that everyone should have fun doing these challenges.
If anyone needs more help for Instagiffer, send me a message here http://josephinedisney.co.vu/ask and I'll do my best to answer.
