The Tag Game
The Tag Game Rules: 1. Always post the rules. 2. Answer the questions for the person who tagged you and make 11 new ones. 3. Tag 11 people and link them to this post. 4. Let them know you tagged them. My Questions: 1. If you had an hour to spare, what album would you listen to? Oh, this is so hard! But probably There Will Be Fireworks by There Will Be Fireworks. Opposites by Biffy, Vivarium by Twin and Absolution by Muse are all up there as well :) 2. Why? Well, because they are an excellent band and their music is excellent. But I chose them over the other ones because of the way the album flows together as a whole, rather than just being a collection of good music. If that makes sense, which it probably doesn’t. 3. Favourite fictional character/person/actor/artist? I’m not sure if I choose one overall or one of each so I’ll do both :) Fictional character: Definitely Emma from One Day by David Nicholls. Person: I have many favourite people. Apart from family, I can narrow it down to Alice, Anna and Hannah. Actor: I can never really think of any actors apart from Ricky Gervais and Mila Kunis, so them I guess. Artist: Like, a painting type artist? Georges Roualt, 110%. Overall: My favourite person overall is everyone who has ever made me smile, and everyone who has in any way impacted my life and allowed me to become who I am today. 4. Favourite colour? "Grey. Not grey, exactly. Right before the sun rises there’s a moment when the whole sky goes this pale nothing colour - not really grey but sort of, or sort of white, and I’ve always really liked it because it reminds me of waiting for something good to happen." Okay, so I just read Delirium and fell a tiny bit in love with this quote and had to use it. For my own favourite colour, I’d have to say silver. Not super sparkly glittery silver, but a more subtle shade that shines a little in the sunlight. 5. If you were able to travel anywhere, where would you go? Cadaqués, in the North of Spain near France. I went there for about an hour once and I completely fell in love with it. It was so, so pretty and they had this 17th century church called Església de Santa Maria de Cadaqués and it was the most incredible thing I’ve ever seen in my life. So, there. 6. Favourite film? The Lost Boys or The Perks of Being a Wallflower. 7. Most played song on your iPod/MP3/computer? Well. iTunes says that my most played song is Hear You Me by Jimmy Eat World and that I’ve played it 827 times. But I hardly ever listen to that song. It’s just because in 2008 when my granny passed away that song got me through it and I literally had it playing constantly all day and all night for weeks, so that any time I wanted to hear it all I had to do was put in earphones and it would already be playing. Second from the top on iTunes is Caribbean War Syndrome by Twin Atlantic, so I guess in more recent times, that’s what I’ve been listening to most. 8. If you were to get a tattoo, what would you get and where would you get it? I’d get it on either my wrist on my lower back. I’m not sure what I’d get exactly, but it’d be something with a lot of significance, possibly some sort of clever metaphor. 9. Pepsi or Coke? Pepsi Max, definitely. 10. What’s your name? Cara :) 11. Any pets? If not, what would you get? No pets at the moment. If I got one I’d love something really cool like a tiny monkey or an owl called Hedwig. But if I had to be realistic, either a cockapoo puppy because it has the best name ever and is unbelievably cute, or a wee ginger kitten :) 1. A book that means a lot to you, or really affected you in some way? 2. Why? 3. Are your biggest regrets things you have done or things you haven’t done? 4.
