Wanted: Handmade Valentines
Valentine's Day is 41 days away. Project Paper Hearts will once again be collecting handmade valentines for children at St. Jude Children's Hospital. The deadline for the 2017 collection is February 6, 2017. If you are interested in participating, please go to projectpaperhearts.tumblr.com/participate for more information!
Project Paper Hearts 2019 - UPDATE
The little project that started 5 years ago has grown so much! It simply grew out of a love of making valentines and required the recruitment of friends and famliy to hit the 200 valentine goal the first year. Everyone made a valentine or two, and in about a month we had a box of just over 200 to send to St. Jude. As word spread over the past 5 years, more and more people started sending not one or two valentines but boxes of several dozens to hundreds of valentines!
And that leads us to a change we are implementing for 2019. We will continue to collect any valentines that get sent our way, and consolidate them all into one large shipment (go here for more info about this year’s project)... but for those of you who are making large quantities of valentines already, you can feel free to cut the middle man (us) out of the process and ship your valentines directly to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.

Project Paper Hearts 2018 Update!
This year we collected a total of 722 valentines for the kids at St. Jude Children’s Hospital! Thank you so much to everyone who made sent a valentine or two (or 100!)! Your valentines brought a smile to our face and are sure to brighten a child’s day.
As always, we will continue to collect valentines throughout the year, so feel free to send any our way for Project Paper Hearts 2019!!
