Okay.
So I realise I've not been taking myself seriously enough.
I have goals, they are my project, I need stop worrying about other aspects of my life, my job is safe, my boyfriend loves me, my friends think I'm awesome.
So I need to start making sure I find myself awesome as well.
No more slacking, no more putting things of, this is Project Six Pack, and I need to set some time limits for my goals. I need to make a plan and stick to it.

The more I realise that my dislike for tomatoes is genuine, and not just because they're a vegetable (fruit?) and I'm not used to it, but because they are really quite yuck.
30DS - level 1 day 4
Complete, literally just now, I feel pretty awful, and my spine kills from where my exercise mat isnt thick enough against against the floor boards- I need to start putting down a blanket underneath I think.
Not seeing any results yet- not that I would expect too, I'm just over-eager. Weight is staying the same which is good, need to gain muscle before I can lose fat.
I'm going to my first yoga class today!
I'm excited!
I don't actually know where exactly it is though.
