The comic book thaws. Paper is chosen, brushes are purchased and/or stolen.

Inking happens.

Scanners primed, coloring  imminent. As is carpal tunnel.

Illustrated Haiku #5 Dear Ghost of Mr. Nimoy, we’re sorry this is tardy.

Once upon a time, three friends decided to make a comic book. A script was written, a layout planned. The sun shone.

Then one friend buggered off to Vietnam, which is a lovely place. Another one got married, which is also a lovely place. The third one drank whisky and wept into his ashtray.

To end the weeping, the one who went to Vietnam and the one doing the weeping created this tumblr where they could fling small, roughly hewn things at the world. The comic book waited patiently.

There will be cackling and gibbering here. Sketches and doodles and half-formed abominations will occur. There will be no clear connection to the comic book.

This is probably a bad idea.
