I know that people are generally annoyed by people who small talk but can we just talk about the people who small talk about small talk.
Like I just told you that everything's fine at work and now there's this awkward silence which can easily be avoided by you leaving.
But no, you just had to say something like "Small talk, am I right ?".
Yeah, that's gonna forward this conversation in a useful manner.
