Let me start out with apologizing for being pretty inactive. I've been less than a little motivated to do anything with this blog or with the group, and the rest of life has been hectic, at best.

But I was turning Prom!Stuck over and over in my head, today, and, no matter how I looked at it, I decided that there was no way the only three or four people can put this together. So I've compiled a list of positions and responsibilities for those positions.

So, if you're interested in becoming an official part of Prom!Staff, please read through this list and decide upon which position you would like to fill, then message me about it!

Please remember that if you ask for a position, and it's already been filled, you are mor than welcome to offer your help to the person who has filled it. We'll need all the help we can get!

Decorations- Will be in charge of the gathering and usage of decorations on the day of Prom!Stuck. Will be reimbursed for any purchases of decorations. Must keep all receipts of purchases of decorations. Is more than welcome to have additional group members assist in putting up decorations on the day of Prom!Stuck.

Sound System- Will be in charge of the gathering, the storing, and usage of the sound system of the day of Prom!Stuck. Must have knowledge of how the system works. Is more than welcome to have additional group members assist them. Will be in close contact with Lighting and Music.

Food- Will be in charge of the setup of food on the day of Prom!Stuck, as well as keeping cold foods cold/hot foods hot, etc. Will be responsible for marking down what each dish contains so as to avoid allergy-related emergencies. Is more than welcome to have additional group members assist them.

Lighting (?)- If lighting is not present at the venue, will be in charge of the gathering of lighting equipment. Will be in close contact with Sound System. Is more than welcome to have additional group members assist them.

Fund Raising- Will be in charge of planning and running fund raising activites. Will be in close contact with Fincances (Christa R. P.). Must keep track of all plans regarding fund raising. Is more than welcome to have additional group members assist them in brainstorming, setting up, etc.

Music- Will be in charge of putting together music that the group wants to use for Prom!Stuck. Must not be afraid to ask this of the others. Will be in close contact with Sound System. Must have a way to gather songs and get them to SS. Is more than welcome to have additional group members assist them. Must not be biased in music choice.

Royalty- Will be in charge of making an email account for gathering votes, and for urging the group to vote. Will be in charge of making the announcement on the day of Prom!Stuck. If they choose, can also be in charge of making any crowns/sashes/whatever you wish for those who win. Is more than welcome to have additional group members assist them.

If using additional group members for assistance, please let me know who these people are so they can be properly credited and thanked for their hard work. Please keep all receipts in any purchases regarding Prom!Stuck, as you will be reimbursed.

I require at least a biweekly check in. Please let me know what you've been up to and what progress has been made. I do not require or even imagine that everyone has done something new at every biweekly check in, but if months pass and nothing has been done, and is needed to be done, I will promptly excuse you from Prom!Staff. 

Please know that I will keep a hold of all documents that you present to me and will be stored safely. I will ask you to please do the same with any documents that you acquire and that need to be kept with you.

Also, I shall update this list regularly with info of who is what so you may contact them with questions or to lend them a hand.
