how will you decide who the new members are?

I will go through all of the applicants who have followed the rules (followed me, reblogged this post and filled out this form) and judge basically based upon the questions in the form who I think would be the best fit for the network :) Essentially I’m looking at how often you’re online, how often you’re willing to reblog promos, your follow count and your blog quality (for tips on that check out this post)
