Bruh, our neighbors have been claiming they own a bunch of our property. Like they throw trash over to our side and then claim two things: "It's not our trash, so you can't be mad at us." and "The trash is on our property anyway."
So we showed them the blueprints and property markers proving our line, and they removed the fucking property markers(which is ILLEGAL). So then we said we need a surveyor and one of them claims they are a registered property surveyor(She is not) and say they are right and all this bullshit about us getting in trouble for calling them out on it.
We don't have the money for a real property surveyor, so we are trying to find a cheap one but man I'm sick of this shit.
Might I add that this is happening with two neighbors who's property's aren't connected. They both put trash and junk onto our property, we have shown the property markers and they still do it because they know we can't afford a surveyor to prove it.
Only one of them removed the markers. And those same ones also set off FIREWORKS under a TREE, DURING a DROUGHT!! Specifically setting them off so any damage would be on other peoples property(ours and across the street) instead of their own.
The worst part about it? These are the best neighbors we have ever had in that house. They are literally trashing our yard with no regards for safety and are illegally removing ancient property markers, and yet they are still better than the others we have had.
At least the past neighbors did things in their own home instead of coming after us...
