Ingredients: 2 large eggs. 2 slices of prosciutto. 1 ripe avocado, mashed. 1 small tomato, diced. 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped. 1 clove garlic, minced. 1 lime, juiced. Salt and pepper to taste. 2 large flour tortillas. 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Instructions: Put the diced tomato, chopped red onion, minced garlic, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Mix the ingredients together. Use a lot of mixing to make the guacamole. In a nonstick skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil. Put the prosciutto slices in the pan and cook them for one to two minutes on each side, until they get crispy. Take it out of the pan and set it aside. Crack the eggs into the same pan and cook them until they're done the way you like them. Whether you like them scrambled or sunny-side-up, you can make them.
