It was almost blissful when Bobby woke up. He was exhausted as all get-out and his face stung, but the memories of the afternoon were lost to him as he stayed nestled against his prosecutor's body.
Simon had warmed up to affection after they had started sleeping together. The man who had once sat stiffly in any hug now enfolded Bobby in embraces that relaxed and brightened him; wiry and strong had learned to fit comfortably with broad and strong. He was as loving to Bobby as vice versa now.
