Finally got round to having a walk around Wapping. Also a drink in two pubs with English 'pedigree' and character. The Captain Kidd, close to where he was hanged as a pirate at execution dock, with the body in a gibbet that was flooded by each tide and a warning to pirates. Which was a bit unfair since he kept to the rules of a privateer. And a drink at the Propect of Whitby.
