before getting together hanzo does mccrees entire swagger, at one point, mockingly and even goes as far as pretending to do his ultimate-- except, of course, he's making a gun out of his hand and when he pretends to fire its just this deadpanned 'bang'; jesse sighs real heavy like, and for a second hanzo thinks he might actually have struck a nerve, before- with completely sincerity -'you're real cute, y'know that?'

another good headcanon: genji got conned fifty bucks because he bet mccree couldn't get his brother to dance with him during some party and didn't know that the two had gotten together a couple days prior; mccree just waltzes on over to hanzo, not even saying much when he gets there, and genji sees han put his drink down and then theyre just??? dancing??? gen doesn't even HAVE fifty bucks on him

hanzo is like scarily good at imitating other people, not voice wise, but like he picks up everyone's mannerisms pretty well. hana gets him to mimic everyone in overwatch, especially mccree, reinhardt and herself.
holy shit thats so good!! He observes a lot without saying much, and picks up on little things, and doesnt tell anyone he can do that until hana finds out and then it becomes the number one party trick
hey its skag boy back at it but this time with the Bittersweet headcanons; everyone sees hanzo as this stoic relatively asocial person, even mccree at first, but after he and hanzo start sharing a room he realizes that hanzo cries alot-- even at little things. he can't handle making mistakes in the slightest, or being scolded, he'll make it to his room without showing anything but as soon as he's in he's breaking down. i may be projecting. ive had a rough day.
ooohhh man ;;; but please consider, as a follow-up; once McCree learns this, he tries his hardest to be there for Hanzo. It doesn’t need to be much, just open arms when he comes back to their room after a long day, a forehead kiss and soft “its okay”s when Hanzo’s tearing up in his arms but he’s there and it makes a world of difference.
you just hear hana going "hanzo hanzo cmon pretty pl e a se--" at one point and he just stands up after a wile, at first she's like 'awhh lame', but then he's shifting his posture and has gone full cowboy lilt in his stance-- he doesn't even really get to do anything before hana's practically shrieking with laughter.
