There is a young HotRod running amok and causing general chaos with his juvenile racing.

    And here comes a big Roddi, chasing after the younger one and keeping all the (admittingly very slow, so probably not all that threatening) Terrorcons from getting too near. 

      He’s... not as fast as his alternate. RVs can only really hit 120 kilometers per hour before they get shaky. 

       But, while he’s not nearly as fast as little Hot Rod, he’s also the third highest ranked individual here so the undead and half-dead and wanting-to-be-dead know better than to mess with him. He can’t bite as hard as some, sure, but the Matrix in his chest sure can go full on Kirby if it wants to.
