Perfect Digivolution Tree: Protecmon

Doing another appmon this time. why this one? because I just like it's design, I like the designs of most appmon that are based on pre-existing digimon if I'm being honest

i'll admit this standard level appmon may be a bit complex for a rookie level digimon but I think it can work.

Guardromon

the digimon protecmon is based off of, now protecmon arguably has a more complicated design and a wider variety of themes than guardromon since it was designed far more recently and was only meant to be an appmon based on guardromon not a pre-evolution for it, But I still think it works the same as other digimon where a digivolution will expand upon some aspects and drop others

both share a theme of a robot meant to protect or guard something while another digivolution might drop those aspects and represent the flame burning within protecmon...

Meramon

both meramon and protecmon take their data and fiery design from the concept of a firewall protecmon being more literal and meramon being pure fire.

Blimpmon

blimpmon is of course the aerial equivalent of guardromon ( tho it does kind of look like it should digivolve from guardromon)

its a blimp rather than say a hot air balloon but I think the principal is similar enough to make a connection to its fiery nature. if not it does still do fire based attacks.

Gladimon

EDIT: actually i'm going to replace the redundant fire digivolution flarizamon with gladimon, protecmon has such nice knight like details that differ it from other mechanical digimon that I must give it a digivolution linking it to knights.

also it switching from 2 shields to 2 swords is kinda fun. lets just ignorethat those shields had flamethrowers.

Tia Ludomon

this time embodying the theme of guardian and keeping the 2 shield style of defense but making a hard left turn towards the ice attribute.

tialudomon even looks more like a typical appmon with its squat proportions and high detail cybernetic mechanical design.

Sukasimon

going against my no failure digivolutions in the digivolution tree lists rule to include Appmons own failure evolution to finish this post out

I like it so it too can be digimon.
