I was teasing my mom by reading aloud from The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy because she has pretended to fall asleep while watching the film version. I had just gotten past the bits about green paper when Kitty, the Hellion, bit me on the ankle! Apparently she thought I was being too loud and should leave Mom alone.
