These Paleo-friendly, spicy Sriracha chicken wings make a great snack or appetizer. Perfectly baked, they are drenched in a hot sriracha sauce that gives each bite an explosion of flavor. Ideal as a party snack or on game days!
Ingredients: 2 lbs chicken wings. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 tablespoons coconut aminos. 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce check for Paleo-friendly ingredients. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon onion powder. 1/2 teaspoon paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish.
Instructions: Set the oven temperature to 425F 220C. Toss together olive oil, coconut aminos, sriracha sauce, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt and pepper in a big bowl. Blend thoroughly. When the chicken wings are well coated, add them to the bowl and toss them in the hot sriracha mixture. To keep it from sticking, place a wire rack on an aluminum foil-lined baking sheet. Place the coated chicken wings in a single layer on the rack. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes in a preheated oven, rotating the wings halfway through to guarantee uniform cooking. The wings ought to be thoroughly cooked and crispy. After taking the chicken wings out of the oven, sprinkle some fresh cilantro leaves on top. Enjoy your Paleo-friendly Spicy Sriracha Chicken Wings while they're hot!
