These Peanut Butter Banana Ice Cream Pops are a tasty and healthy way to eat breakfast on the go. They have the right amount of sweetness from the honey and bananas and protein from the Greek yogurt and peanuts to get your day off to a great start.
Ingredients: 2 ripe bananas. 1/4 cup peanut butter. 1/2 cup Greek yogurt. 2 tablespoons honey. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/4 cup chopped peanuts optional.
Instructions: Peel the bananas and cut them up. Put Greek yogurt, peanut butter, bananas, honey, and vanilla extract in a blender. Mix until it's smooth. If you want to add more crunch, you can mix in chopped peanuts. Put the mix into molds for ice cream pops. Put a stick in each mold. Put it in the freezer for at least four hours, or until it's solid. Take them out of the molds and enjoy once they're frozen.
