Recent studies have revealed questions around adverse effects that are serious enough for us to reconsider their safety profile. . Adverse effects of Parabens that the Cosmetic companies DO NOT want you to know are: . 1. Numerous studies have shown the presence of Parabens in #BreastTumours. Having been close to people who died from #BreastCancer, this is not cool with us. . 2. Parabens have weak #EstrogenicAction enough to alter sexual behaviour and links to Estrogenicity-related diseases. . 3. #Infertility in males; adverse affect on vitality of sperm both inside and outside the scrotum. . 4. Parabens promote skin #ageing. #methylparaben has been shown to decreased expressions of hyaluronan synthase 1 and 2 mRNAs and type IV collagen. So buying an anti-wrinkle cream with Parabens in it is a dark irony indeed. . 5. Parabens have been detected in soil, sewage water, swimming pools, house dust in developed countries acting as an environmental toxin. . Sadly the FDA have a different measure and have not banned them yet but we at #ProtoStarDistro are way ahead and have banned the inclusion of Parabens in any of the products we sell. Despite the low dosage we are exposed to them in volume and over long periods of time. It's not worth the risk. Especially when we have alternatives available. .
