Ava was fairly good under pressure, she felt like she needed to
be level-headed these days if she wanted to stay alive. Having
people watching her back was always preferred to just going it
alone, but that didn't mean that she wasn't prepared to in the
event that she had no other choice. However, sometimes, this
meant that she would run into someone else who was doing the
same, though it was that which threw her for a loop sometimes.
Walkers were somewhat predictable, people weren't. Still, she
couldn’t help but give strangers a chance, seeing as a number
of them had saved her life throughout the years.
“You sure you have any idea what the hell you're doing?” she
asked, her voice tight, but otherwise she was pretty willing to try
this stranger's way of things if it got her out of there.
