Provincial Government of Cavite has recently passed Ordinace No. 164, the officials of Cavite conducted a dry run for the color coding scheme. The traffic scheme implemented along Aguinaldo Highway from Bacoor City to Tagaytay City, Molino Road, Molino from Boulevard to Paliparan, Dasmariñas City and Governor’s Drive from Carmona to Trece Martires City Daang Hari Road. Vehicles owning these plates are banned during these days Mondays 1-2, 3-4 Tuesdays, Wednesdays 5-6, 7-8, Thursdays, 9 and 0 on Fridays, from 6 to 9 a.m and 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. The scheme includes motorcycles, according to the ordinance those riders owning two wheeled vehicle with plates 1 and 2 Mondays, 3 and 4 Tuesdays, 5 and 6 Wednesdays, 7 and 8 Thursdays, and 9 and 0 in Fridays are prohibited from traversing the road.The scheme will be implemented from Monday to Friday from 6 am to 9 pm and from 3 pm to 7 pm. A statement by Arangkada Riders’ Alliance National President Oliver Licup said that the scheme is expected to be implemented starting December 20.
