Well, we did wod 1 (push/pull sled @290) @provinggroundscomps and then it started to thunder, lightening and down pour! So they cancelled the comp. So decided to hit the gym and do 4x4 Push jerks (185, 225, 245, 265), 5x3 EMOM Cleans @225, then a snatchx2 EMOM (worked up to 235). Well, snatch was feeling REAL good so went for a PR @260, in nanos! That's a 10lb PR! And I think/know I got more in me! Then I capped things off with 3 rounds of 1000m row, 20 WB and 10 strict HSPU!
