Swindle enjoys their little chases. Prowl is horrified to find that he feels the same.
Okay, blackmailing Prowl probably wasn’t the best option in this scenario, but he never expected Prowl to just let it happen and actually let himself successfully be blackmailed. Swindle isn’t sure what to do with his newfound power, even if it’s only temporary. Surely going to a bar with Prowl will give him ideas.
