I am devastated with what our country decided today.

Same. It’s a terrifying situation for so many people. The Lib Dems at least held back the tories with some of their wilder and more devastating ideas, but now they’ll have free reign: more cuts to welfare, the 1% getting richer and the poor suffering. Disabled and vulnerable deaths will rise as their benefits are reduced or removed, schools and the NHS are privatised... I’ve seen a few comments about people being labour at heart but voting conservative for “the economy” but i honestly don’t even see how the economy is going to function much, let alone improved or be saved under the tories. This is all a shambles. People are genuinely enraged and terrified about what’s going to happen over the next 5 years.

My week has gone brilliantly. I've been doing well in the first job that i've held down longer than a a couple months, I've made new friends, I'm very happy with my life and I'm in a much better place than I was this time last year. Just been enjoying my day off & contemplating a holiday in the near future. How're you? :) x
