you know, she never really expected her ex boyfriend to move in down the hall from her. things hadn't ended great and thought she had stilled loved him, there was no making that relationship work. plus, it wasn't like nathan even gave her the option. still, navigating being neighbors was something new.

the date she was on was sweet, yeah. guy was nice to look at and his personality wasn't the worst but something was missing. so as he dropped her off, she stood idly by as the good bye happened. and just as the guy was pressing a kiss to her cheek, the neighbor's door opens revealing the last person she wanted to see at that moment. she says goodbye to her date and still, nathan is there. "why don't you take a picture, it might last longer."
